AUGUST blends seamlessly into the neighbouring pine forest. The natural rhythm of the trees is captured in the reflective glass facade and echoed by the vertical bands of glazed ceramics. With rooftop terraces with tree plantations, the building extends the landscape upward, creating a striking impression that the house is a living part of the forest, deeply rooted in its surroundings.

The entrance to AUGUST begins long before you reach the front door. The entrance portal is designed as a distinct element, creating a gradual and mindful transition into the building. The greenery 'sneaks out' from the wide balconies, while the facade reflects the natural rhythm of the surroundings, and the tree tops reach towards the sky from the rooftop terraces.

Inspired by Jūrmala’s historic glass verandas, the reception and outdoor terrace is created as a unified, functional space. A large-scale mirror on the veranda echoes the building’s reflective facade, allowing arriving guests to see themselves enveloped by nature and the beautifully landscaped gardens. The vision was to create the feeling of warmth that living rooms usually give – a space where you genuinely want to stay. This atmosphere comes alive through parquet floors and the texture of the furniture as well as rich, natural materials, crafting an environment that is deeply welcoming and refined.

Designed with a green lifestyle in mind, the garage offers the option to purchase parking spaces with ready-to-use electric vehicle charging. In addition, residents will have the flexibility to install individual charging stations that are perfectly tailored to their daily routines.

Morning coffee by the sea, evening relaxation – right at home. The private SPA area is designed for a slow, restorative experience: a sauna, cold plunge, jacuzzi, lounge area and terrace access create a serene environment where the body and mind can find the perfect balance.

The fitness room is designed as a private wellness space for daily movement and personal self-care. It features dedicated areas for training with premium equipment as well as more mindful activities – whether for a private workout, stretching session or even a massage.
